Subject: some Workhorse feature ideas from a big fan 🌸Hi Julia!I have a lot of fun feature ideas that I think would make it even more incredible and wanted to share them in case any resonate!1. Asset/media organization system — for both videos AND photos. Being able to store and organize our content here would mean every part of our planning lives in one place!2. Platform-specific usage tracking for assets — so "used" means used on THAT platform, not everywhere. A photo used in an IG reel is still fresh on Pinterest or Lemon8 or YouTube or Substack. 3. Separate fields for cover and content — a dedicated field for the cover photo/frame of a reel or carousel AND a separate field for the actual video or carousel content within it. A true one-stop post card for everything related to that piece of content.4. Visual inspiration field — somewhere to pin a Pinterest screenshot or viral post reference directly on a post card so your inspo lives right next to the content you're creating from it.5. Shot list embedded directly in the content calendar — so I can see which posts still need photos or videos and exactly what I need to shoot, all in one place.6. Repurposing map per post — a section on each post card showing where else a piece of content could go (TikTok, Pinterest, Lemon8, Substack) with a note on what's different for each platform. Keeps cross-posting intentional not lazy!7. "Save for a future week" option when you don't end up posting something — so all the work (hook, caption, assets) is preserved and can be rescheduled easily rather than lost.8. A "Needs a Refresh" status — for when the concept is right but the hook or caption felt off and you want to rewrite before rescheduling.9. Hex code color per content pillar that bleeds through the whole app — calendar cells, post cards, everything color-coded to that pillar automatically.10. Aesthetic consistency guides — tips and even features that help ensure our photos and videos have a consistent look: lighting, coloring, filters, editing style. Something that helps our whole feed feel cohesive.11. Editing app integrations — I know this is a big one but even a seamless handoff to CapCut, Lightroom, or similar would be a game changer for keeping everything in one workflow.12. "Borrow from yourself" feature — something that surfaces your own past content as creative inspiration for NEW ideas. Not repurposing the exact post but using your own archive as a creative brief.13. Idea Upgrader — a quick capture where you type a raw idea and it expands into hook options, a caption draft, and a format suggestion before you add it to your plan.14.
